United States of America Military Active Duty Personnel Only 
The program administrator is still accepting and processing applications and renewals for Active Duty Personnel during the coronavirus known as COVID-19.
National's Special Liaison Program honors those that serve for the benefit of Active Duty personnel for all military branches including DHS Coast Guard and Space Command through license certification to assist them when seeking a profession or job after their service, should they choose the same field of their license, but like college degrees a job cannot be guaranteed, but it will get them at least interview and most likely place them on a short-list, for the rest is up to them.
Only the top-quintile, which is estimated, of service members in their rates qualify, and at least half of them will need to reach higher through addition training to achieve National's license.
National's licensure to Active Duty personnel is based on fitting their military education, training, experience and qualification to the public and private sectors. National believes that our country has first-rate military Schools and instructors at the Schools as well. All advancement or promotional exams to a higher rate are proctored. This is critical part of National's requirements to prevent unethical behavior since this is how National handles exams at Test Centers for Colleges and Universities across the USA. Also, Active Duty personnel that have reached a mile-stone in qualification are honored because witnesses verify their qualifications.
National is looking for National Liaisons with the following: Propulsion Boiler Engineers, and Aviation Gas Turbine Mechanics. Purpose is to answer questions regarding application, or general questions. All will be considered. Use the Contact Us page to inquire.
